Founded in 2023 by Kunwar Naved Ahmad Khan, a visionary entrepreneur with over two decades of experience across financial services and real estate, along with co-founder Mohd Amir Rafiq, who brings one and a half decade of experience coupled with a background in civil work from his parental profession. The Agile Group began as a consulting firm helping clients make smarter property and investment decisions.
By 2024, this vision evolved into Agile Builders and Developers a new-age construction company rooted in trust, guided by modern design, engineering excellence, and a deep commitment to transforming the way Aligarh experiences real estate.
